During this speech on the Commonwealth Arbitration Court, Menzies speaks of the achievements of the Liberal Party since they came to power; improvements to the economy; the operation of the Abritration Court; the basic wage, cost of living, unions; the decision of the Commonwealth Arbitration Court on the basic wage. Menzies answers questions from the audience on national service, the value of the basic wage and employers and the Arbitration court. Comments from the audience are audible.
