Stevens, a welfare worker and Indigenous separated child, speaks about her removal to Bomaderry Children's Home, N.S.W. due to her mother's ill health. She describes the living conditions at Bomaderry. She was later moved to Burnside Home, and she compares the conditions at Burnside with those at Bomaderry. Stevens also discusses her reunion with her family and her adult life.
