Ken Prowse moved to Canberra with his parents in 1927. He joined the CSIR 1933 and retired from the CSIRO 44 years later as regional administrative officer in the ACT. During World War II he saw service in S-E Asia and was President of the War Crimes Court, Labuan, Sabah.
