- Plates published and sold October 1st, 1813 by Edwd. Orme, Bond St. London.
- Library's NK624 copy is half bound in green leather and cloth; floral decorated end papers; bears bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1813/1), and armorial bookpate of Reginald Arthur Tatton; plates are not coloured.
- Library's NK756 copy is fully bound in red leather with 5 raised bands, marbled end papers, gilt decorations and edges; bears bookplate of Rex de C. Nan Kivell (no. 1813/3); coloured plates.
