Ap. with him); dedication of some later eds. subscribed Marshal Smith; Selections from the British Apollo ed. by G.W. Niven, 1903, has section on authorship (not seen, but cf. N&Q ser.9, viii 3aug1901). Possible contributors: A. Hill, Sam. Garth, J. Arbuthnot.
