- Summary:
-
"Congwarra at 0430 hrs, 18:01:2003. I found it most extraordinary that spotting should occur in the pre-dawn hours, for even on bad fire days, spotting is largely confined to afternoon and evening hours, rarely late at night. But in the pre-dawn? It boded poorly for the day ahead."--Note from the photographer.
