This is the first book on veterans' entitlements law in Australia. The only other comprehensive treatment of this topic was the Independent Inquiry into the Repatriation System by the Hon Mr Justice Toose. This was published in 1975 and is now out of print. For ease of reference, the material is in the order in which it appears in the principal legislation - the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 - and should be read in conjunction with that Act.
