- Hydrographic chart of the east coast of South Korea. Originally drawn by the British Hydrographic Office, it is based on both foreign and Japanese government surveys up to the 25th year of Meiji (i.e. 1896).
- "Information was taken from researches of Japan done from 1874 to 1892. Some additional information from British and Russian recent researches also was taken in. The details on the East coast were not found ; possibly there are some inaccuracy in the figures of that area; figure of abnormality of compass needle measured in 1895." --Note written in Japanese and circled at top centre of map.
- Numbered as dai 21-gō.
