"Susan Mayes has been the Principal Physiotherapist at The Australian Ballet for 15 years. She manages the medical department and treats the diverse range of injuries professional ballet dancers receive. Susan graduated from La Trobe University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) and completed a Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy in 1996. She has treated principal artists from many international ballet companies such as The Paris Opera, The Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, La Scala, and Royal Swedish Ballet."
