1. Business papers - include minutes of meetings of Boards of Directors of several companies incl. Australian Paper Manufacturers, Angus & Robertson of which Packer was a director. Several items on National Airlines Commission. 2. Management - includes addresses by Packer on management and some material connected with the Australian Institute of Management. 3. Foreign Affairs - Australian Institute of International Affairs paper, etc. Relate especially to Asia, includes references to South Africa; Asian Relations Conference, New Delhi 1947. British Commonwealth Relations Conference, 1937: Japan; Round Table Group, the Liberal Party, Australian Association for Cultural Freedom. 4. Economics and Development -European League for Economic Cooperation; Australian Industries Development Association. Mainly Directors' reports and publications; also minutes of executive meetings. 5. Miscellaneous - small amount of material relating to the War and Packer's position in Army and Air Force H.Q. Small amount of correspondence, including some with Gavin Long 1960, Sir Douglas Copland 1952-1956 and some re E.C. Dyason. Also a partial set of Eggleston's lectures to diplomatic students.
