- Elizabeth (Eliza) Matilda Leaman, born 1809 in Devon, UK. Arrived in Australia in 1838 with her first husband James Birmingham Kelly, who died in 1839. Married William Edward Bayldon in Adelaide May 1840. Returned to England in 1843. Returned to Australia in 1855 and lived in Sydney, Ulmarra and later moved to Bellingen area. Built Boambee House on Bonville (then Bongil) Creek. Moved back to Sydney in the 1880s and died on 29th April 1899.
