Marjorie Jackson, athlete, the 'Lithgow flash', born 1931 in Coffs Harbour, raised in Lithgow, N.S.W.; unbeaten sprinter over 100 metres and 200 metres in international events 1949-1954; participated in the 1952 Helsinki Olympic Games, the 1950 Auckland Empire Games and the 1954 Vancouver Empire Games.
