Issued in 19 editions over 102 years, this publication was a handbook of the procedure of the NSW Parliament, unlike current handbooks, which provide biographical and statistical information on Parliaments and MPs. It included the Standing Orders of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly, as well as documents and the texts of Acts relating to the Constitution, elections, and the functioning of the Parliament. | |
