Joint volumes of papers presented to the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly is a Current Series of Parliamentary Papers - New South Wales
New South Wales Parliamentary Papers began in 1824.
From 1824-1855 papers were bound with the Votes and Proceedings of the Legislative Council. From 1856-1903 papers were bound with the Votes and Proceedings of the Legislative Assembly. For holdings 1824-1903, see New South WalesVotes and Proceedings/Journals.
Since 1904 there has been a separate Parliamentary Papers series; the bound volumes include the papers from both Houses, and were entitled Joint volumes of papers presented to the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly. Some libraries now receive these in microform.
Note that on the NSW Parliament website, the term house papers is used to denote documents containing procedural information concerning the issues before Parliament. This includes agendas, minutes, lists of Motions and Bills being considered, and the like. These are different from the parliamentary papers presented to either house of the Parliament.
