Jabiru and Emu fight after Jabiru catches a big fish and does not share it. When Emu complains, Jabiru gets his spears and starts spearing Emu, who responded as Jabiru took flight for his country Gadagada. Emu's last spear hit Jabiru, going from his bottom to his nose - which is why Jabiru now has such a long nose (beak).
