Miller speaks of his early life in Sydney, how he learnt his wrestling skills, how he was able to enter the profession, his overseas experiences, the time he spent in Florida with Larry O'Day, the business side of professional wrestling, its big business period in Australia from 1964-1978 owing to its regular televising, how he maintained a seven day a week work schedule over fifteen years including regulars tours of Australian cities and towns and overseas circuits, his memories of Larry O'Day and Andre the Giant, why locally televised wrestling declined in the late 1970s due largely to American wrestling gaining dominance of the video and satellite TV market, his life since retiring from wrestling in 1985.

Born Ron Parker in Sydney in 1941, he wrestled professionally under the name of Ron Miller from 1965 until his retirement in 1985. He was a main attraction on the Nine Network's World Championship Wrestling from 1967-1978 and held the National Wrestling Alliance Australasian tag team title on four occasions with Larry O'Day (Mar. 1973, Mar. and July 1974, May 1977) and then with Andre the Giant in 1978. In 1975 he held the NWA's World Light Heavyweight title and in 1976 the Australasian Heavyweight Championship. After the demise of local televised wrestling in 1978, he continued as a promoter and wrestler into the 1980s.
