Papers assembled by Hart while he was writing his doctoral thesis "J.A. Lyons : a political biography" (A.N.U. 1968). They include correspondence (1964-74), newspaper cuttings and photocopies of cuttings and official records, a photograph and the programme of an ABC broadcast on Lyons. The correspondents include Dame Enid Lyons, J. Allan Guy, F.C. Green, E.J. Holloway, Stanisforth Ricketson, George Baker, Ulrich Ellis, Sir Peter Heydon, H.W. Horsfield and Norman Makin.
