Croft, and artist and Indigenous separated child, speaks about her early childhood with her mother in Brisbane and Sydney. At the age of 6 she was adopted by a white, fundamentalist Christian couple in their 50s and only permitted to see her mother once a year. She talks about her adoptive parents and her childhood with them. Croft also discusses the effect of childhood abuse on her adult life.
