Each muster book lists the entire crew, date of entry, date of first appearance on the ship, previous ship or location, place of birth, age, name, rank, etc. of crew members.
Muster books for ships involved in exploration in the Pacific between 1764 and 1795 contain crew lists and information on their age, birthplace, position on ship and pay. Muster books filmed are from Dolphin, Tamar, Swallow, Adventure, Resolution, Discovery, Endeavour, Bounty, Pandora, Providence, Assistant, Chatham and Sirius.
