- Caroline Billin Currie was a twentieth century artist from England who produced fore-edge paintings and is the only artist known to have numbered her editions. She worked in London at the Henry Sotheran & Co. bookshop and Rivière & Son, binders.--Folger Shakespeare Library
- Library's FER F15681 (FC) copy bears bookplate of Ferguson Collection, National Library Canberra.
- Library's FER F15681 (FC2) copy bound in red roan with five raised bands, gilt tooling and title on spine by Rivière; hidden fore-edge coloured painting, 19 x 3 cm which reproduces the 1870 watercolour of a 'View of the old and new home stations' in the Library's Pictures collection (26 x 38 cm) and is believed to be Bontharambo station at Wangaratta, Victoria. Fly-leaf inscribed "This is no. 112 of the books with fore-edge paintings by Miss Currie. The painting under the gold is a View of the old and new home stations. Signed C.B. Currie."; bears bookplate of Ferguson Collection, National Library Canberra.
