Andrews discusses the Australian Bicentenniel Authority book prepared by herself and Peter Ellis entitled "Two hundred dancing years" which proved an unfortunate experience. She speaks of the distribution of the book, how a video was made of the traditional dances such as the quadrilles, the significant problems with costumes as well as the performance of the music, how the book was to be publicised with the "Companion to Australian folklore" and how it was criticised by John Meredith, Bill Scott, Ron Edwards & Wendy Lowenstein.
