(Restricted until 2002). 2. Correspondence, photographs, maps, notes, corrected drafts relating to Read's history of Northern Territory Aborigines 'Long time, olden time,' published as a book and audio tapes by the Institute of Aboriginal Development in 1992 and as a CD-ROM by Firmware in 1993. The book, tapes (including master reels) and CD-ROM are also included. 3. Draft manuscripts and correspondence documenting Read's study 'Returning to nothing : the meaning of lost places' published by Cambridge University Press in 1996.
