Nineteenth century natural history atlas for Swedish schools. The hand coloured plates depict hundreds of species of primates, terrestrial and marine mammals. birds, amphibans, reptiles, fish, crustaceans, insects, butterflies, molluscs and echinoderms. An accompanying key gives the full scientific name of each species and its country of origin. There is also a comparative anthropological plate.
