Greg Horsman is an Australian dancer, choreographer & teacher. He was born in Victoria, studied ballet in Geelong, Victoria, Australia and at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (V.C.A.S.S.). Whilst at V.C.A.S.S. he was a guest artist with the Philippine Ballet Theatre in Manila and with the North Queensland Ballet (Now known as Dancenorth). In 1982 he gained a place with the Australian Ballet, and was promoted to Principal Artiust in 1987. During his time with the Australian Ballet he was also guest artist with the Boston Ballet and The Kirov Ballet. He joined the English National Ballet as a Senior Principal Artist in 1994. After retiring from dancing in 1999, he took up the position of artistic director of Ballet Central at Central School of Ballet in London, and was appointed Ballet Master of The Queensland Ballet by new Artistic Director Li Cunxin in 2013.
