The minutes prints the preliminary correspondence by Edward M. Curr to Secretary of State Earl Bathurst with his responses. This includes Curr's detailed proposals for the formation of the Company and the extent of its activities, as well as Bathurst's decisions on these various requests. The Company having been established by Parliament, this pamphlet was printed in Hobart for the information of shareholders and as an inducement to other investors.
