MS Acc07.089 comprises papers relating to the work of Reverend Professor James Haire as executive director of the Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture. The collection consists of publications, reports, speeches and correspondence, covering ecumenical and inter-faith issues, and World Council of Churches, National Council of Churches and Uniting Church of Australia activities (84 boxes).
The Acc10.057 instalment comprises organisational records of the Centre containing flyers, correspondence, talks and brochures relating to faith and its application within an ecumenical context. The Centre actively promotes inter-faith co-operation and the records reflect this stance (23 boxes).

The Australian Centre for Christianity and Culture is a national ecumenical centre that encourages dialogue and cooperation amongst Christian churches and between Christianity and other faiths, as well as exploring issues relating to reconciliation in Australia and the interface between Christian faith and Australian culture. The Centre is affiliated with Charles Sturt University.
