- Map showing the southern landmass named Terra Australis Nondum Cognita and the west coast of the Americas with tracks of Fernando de Magalhanes in 1520-1521. Relief shown pictorially.
- In upper margin: To the north of New Albion in about the 60th degree of north latitude the charts of the latter part of the 16th century place a kingdom of Anian with a strait of communication which was supposed to exist between this sea and the Atlantic.
- In centre left: Between the meridians of 155 eastand of the Buenos Jardines, and between the parallels of 9°and 11° N, several groups of islands were discovered by Villalobas and by Mig. de Legaspi : but their situations cannot be marked from the accounts.
- Prime meridian: Greenwich.
