The book has been printed and gold foiled by Windles of Thame, Oxon, on Furioso paper. This edition has been hand bound for members of the Folio Society by Brian Settle of Ludlow Bookbinders in full Nigerian [red] goatskin leather over bevelled boards, blocked with a design by David Eccles. The edition is limited to 1980 numbered copies and 20 lettered copies which are not for sale." -- vol. [2], colophon.
