MS Acc09.091 comprises press cuttings, articles, correspondence and documents relating to policies of the National Library of Australia on collection development and information technology such as Kinetica and World 1 project, the National Document and Information System (NDIS). The World 1 project, an electric network connecting Australian and New Zealand libraries, was to be a system that would link libraries around Australia and provide electronic access to international materials not held by the Library (1 archives box)

Includes minutes, agendas, annual report, correspondence, typed notes, handwritten notes, newsletter, and letters to the editor to several newspapers from Thomas Mautner and other activists, as well as politicians. Philosopher. Dr Thomas Mautner has been a member of the Department of Philosophy in the Faculty of Arts at the Australian National University since 1965.
