Judy Horacek is an Australian visual artist, illustrator, cartoonist and writer who is widely published internationally. Where is the green sheep? was created in collaboration with Mem Fox and, in addition to the English language, was published in Hebrew, Korean and Japanese translations. In 2005 it was granted the Children's Book Council of Australia Book of the Year Award and Early Childhoood Speech Pathology Award - Young Children category.
