A wealth of unpublished or unstructured educational materials for all aspects of cartographic instruction are widely dispersed and unnecessarily difficult to obtain. A project description is included along with abstracts of papers presented at various AAG conferences; they are: "The Ten Commandments of Contour Lines and Other Educational Aids about Isolines" (Paul S. Anderson); "Experiential Exercises for Map Readers" (Dennis Fitzsimons); "Map Use Instruction: Measurement of Geographic Features and Associations" (Alan M.
