Japanese print shows a man in kimono pausing with a sharp edge stick like a sword; the words on his kimono is read as 'Namu amidabutsu' and it means 'Namu Amida Buddha' in Sanscrit; it is a pharse of chanting of a prayer of a Japanese Buddhist sect of Shinran and Hōnen.
