Burce Kerr has worked as an actor, director and acting tutor for over 40 years, both in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has worked extensively on stage for the Melbourne Theatre Company, Playbox, La Mama and many commercial productions with Williamson's, Edgeley's, CameronMcIntosh, among others. He has also worked onTV commerical productions including early episodes of 'Neighbours', 'Homicide' 'Bastard Boys' and 'BlueHeelers'. He has worked extensively for the ABC both on radio and TV, and is a noted narrator and voice over artist who has won Awards for commercial book readings. During 1998 and 1999 Bruce worked overseas in his homeland Scotland for the Pitlochry Festival Theatre. In 2000 he was nominated as 'Best Actor' for his performance in "The Seagull" for the Melbourne Theatre Company, and in 2004 for "Two" by Ron Elisha at Theatreworks, and 'Best Featured Role' in "The Visit" for the Melbourne Theatre Company 2005.
