Mr Frank C. of Darlinghurst in Sydney is a lifetime smoker. Due to an operation (tracheotomy) he now smokes through a hole in his neck. Frank is B.U.G.A. U.P.'s entrant in the
Poster that parodies a Phillip Morris Marlboro cigarette packet in B.U.G.A. U.P.'s campaign against the corporations Marlboro Man Competition. Poster also depicts a photo of Frank C of Darlinghurst sitting in wheelchair holding a Marlboro packet, his tracheotomy clearly visible.
