- 600 copies are designated the Collectors Editions, issued with one of six different etchings in a limited edition of 100 copies (numbered 1-100), printed by Max Miller of East Kangaloon, NSW, Australia and the artist during March/April 1984. Each print is signed, numbered and titled by the artist, on 270 gsm Crème Velin Arches, with an extra 10 copies reserved for the artist, publisher and printer (numbered i-x). Three Hors Commerce prints not for sale. These copies are signed by Frank Hodgkinson, David Reid of Reid Books, and a representative of Touche Ross & Co., who audited the register of collector's edition sales.
- The deluxe edition is bound in brown blindstamped cloth with gilt lettering, and was issued with a dustjacket. The collector's edition is bound in brown blindstamped leather with gilt lettering and was issued with the dustjacket illustration on a paper covered slipcase.
- National Library's SR copy is number 222 of the collector's edition, with etching number 31/100 of "Pig and Boy"
