- Map inserted between delta 8 and a 1.
- Signatures : alpha-gamma 6, delta 8, a-Z6, A-T6, V8.
- Finaeus in his address describes the map to the reader thus: "(...) gemina cordis humani formula in plano coextensam (...)", distinguishing the double cordiform projection from his earlier single cordiform world map of circa 1521.
- The southern continent inscribed 'Terra Australis recently discovered but not yet explored'.
- Finaeus' Nova et integra universi orbis descriptio was later reprinted and copied by Hermannus Venraed, Gerard Mercator, and Antonio Lafreri.
