An Art Deco era travel poster promoting cruising on P&O ships. A purser dressed in a white naval uniform salutes a women dressed in yellow to welcome her aboard. Seagulls hover over her head. Behind her a similarly fashionably dressed woman in an orange jacket smiles at the purser. Both women have bob cut hair and matching scarves and cloche hats. Other passengers are coming up the steps below them. The original artwork is executed in paint and pastel and reproduced as a photographic process colour lithograph.
