Includes a picture of the death of James Cook, portraits of James Cook, and a man and a woman of Van Diemen's Land (Tasmania), pictures of the people, social life and customs, including a human sacrifice, ceremonial objects, dwellings, wildlife, landscapes, the islands, ports, harbours, and coastlines of Tasmania, Australia, Kerguelen Islands, New Zealand, Tonga, and the Kingdom of Atooi (Nation of Hawaii). Also contains a world map titled: "A general chart: Exhibiting the discoveries made by Cptn. James Cook in this and in his two preceeding voyages; with the tracks of the ships under his command / by Lieutt. Hen.y Roberts of His Majesty's Royal Navy".
