- Printed on one side of an accordion folded sheet (25 x 650 cm) and bound in a black cloth covered over a clamshell wrapper; grey cloth spine. Wrapper lined with textured, grey colored paper. Accordion sheet attached to first leaf that serves as front free endpaper of wrapper; last leaf attached to same textured, gray paper that fits within a cut sleeve on wrapper's paste-down endpaper. Text printed in black (and grey) typefaces; illustrations in black and grey; printed on cream colored paper. Issued in black slipcase, covered in black cloth over boards, the title blind stamped on spine.
