- Summary:
-
Poster showing a white male figure covering his eyes, left, and a human skull in the sky, upper right, against a predominantly black background with extensive cross hatching. A small letter 'S' appears within the final M of Moratorium. Attributed to Martin Sharp, who appropriated an illustration by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry from his children's book Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince), although Sharp "created a sense of horror by replacing Saint-Exupéry's star with a skull" (Lowell Tarling, Sharp: road to Abraxas, Part one, 1942-1979: the biography of Martin Sharp, 2016, page 137).
