An unusual illustrated business card for Mme. Julia, who advertises herself as an 'Australian Gypsy' living in New York working as a 'Clairvoyant and Palmist' and 'Teacher of Palmistry'. The portrait (reproduced as a small square black and white process screen halftone) shows her head and shoulders with a full Pompadour hairstyle (fashionable around 1905) in a dark coloured dress with a suspended brooch or pendant watch. She holds up a handful of cards.
