The Australian Round Dance Association (ARDA) grew out of a general meeting of round dancers held during a National Square Dance Convention in the 1980s. Round dancing is best described as cued social ballroom dancing and involves no competition. The Association is responsible for round dancing at a national level in Australia and this collection.
