of No. 51 Simpson-st., East Melbourne,
in the State of Victoria, civil servant, de
ceased, intestate, and In the Matter of
Act No. 2611, Section 93. Whereas the
abovenamed Thomas Coman died at 51
Simpson-st., aforesaid, on the 29th day of
November, 1913, intestate, and whereas?
a Rule to "Administer- th'e estate of the
ýaid intestate was obtained by the Curator
of Estates of Deceased Persons *for the
said State on the 15th day of December,
1913, and whereas a brother of the said
intestate, named James Coman, is said to
have been born in Ireland on the 13th day
of December, 1859, and (so far as is known
to the said Curator) was last heard of by
his relatives about forty years ago ?when he
was visiting Melbourne, it is believed from
Now South Wales, and who would, if he 'had
survived the said intestate have been en
titled to a. distributive shaae. in the' said
intestate's estate and whereas if the said
James. Coman did not survive the said in
iestate his children, if any, who survived
the said intestate -would in such event have
been entitled equally between them to the
distributive share to which the said James
Coman if he had survived the intestate
would have-been entitled, and whereas nei
ther the said James Coman nor any child
of his has - made 'any claim upon the said
Curator in respect of the estate of the said
intestate or of any share therein within six
years after the said Rule to 'dminister was
obtained by the said Curator or at alL Now
in pursuance of the provisions of the above
mentioned Act, notice is hereby given that

PROCEED to DISTRIBUTE the ESTATE
of the said intestate as if the said James

tate would have been entitled; and whereas
neither the said William Patrick Dalton nor
any child of his has made any claim upon
the said Curator in respect of the Estate
of the said intestate, or of any share there
in within six years after the said Rule to
Administer was obtained by the said Cura
tor, or' at all.
Now in pursuance of the provisions of
the abovementioned Act, Notice is hereby
