Sturt, Cobar
Electorates
Under the redistribution oí Slate
electorates it is proposed to alter
Sturt and Cobar districts. They
will be constituted as follows:
Sturt will be based on that part
of Broken -'Hill, north of the rail-
way line to Cockburn, with 7,239
electors. It will include Broken
Hill South (4,567) and. Menindee
(496), both taken from Cobar;
Hillston (1.009). from Lachlan;
part of Balranald (130), Booligal
(207), Pooncarie (236). and Went-
worth (2,141), from Murray. The
total number of voters is -16,025.
Cobar, which* will have 14.397
electors is founded on Broken Hill
North (4.990), to which are added
Broken Hill south of the Cockr
burn railway (1,345) and Milparin-
ka (223), from Sturt; Burke west
of the Warrego (454), Cobar
(1.826), Euabalong (428), Ivanhoe
(400), and Wilcannia (728), at
present part of Çobar. Condoblin
(2,011), Tottenham, south of the
Bogan (643). and Trundle (1^49),
from Lachlan.
