Series. Letters

Approximately 330 letters, cards etc., which, with a few exceptions, were written during the years 1948-1964. About two thirds of the letters are from England, and a fifth from Australia. About two thirds of the total are personal and one fifth from publishers, in particularly from Frederick Muller who employed Knowles as assistant editor in 1953.
