The collection includes sketches, artworks and models for many productions over a wide period of time. The bulk of the papers are arranged by production, with a small amount of other material, such as unspecified sketches, posters and postcards. The 2017 addition comprises materials from the final years of Kristian Fredrikson's theatre, film and television career and includes drawings, plans, model pieces, ephemera, personal notes and diary.

Three eras of Tivoli girls. Annotations and samples added by Fiona Reilly, [who] made the headresses, two of the costumes, and supervised and styled the shoot in KF's absence. These drawings and designs were adapted and modified for the final production costumes.

Traced overlays were drawn by Fiona Reilly as Associate Designer of the ballet. The tracing overlay is to work out the lines and stage positions in the Sydney Opera House, as this is the smallest theatre in the Australian tour and therefore used the same size baseline.
