have just heard from England of the death of  

Captain B. C. R. Sturt, grandson of Charles Stink the explorer.  

You will remember that Captain Sturl was  

rvited to visit Australia as the quest of the Commonweath on  

the occasion of the re-enactment of the original voyage down  

the Murray River, but was, for health reasons, unable to come  

his son Anthony came in his place

matters are so well-known, and as the idea of the re-enactment
