HELDER, Kenneth Son pty, Ltd

28th February, 1957.

Dear Î™Î¨, Helder,

The Prime Minister has passed to me your

letter of 20th February and earlier correspondence

and has asked to arrange for you to have talk

with the people concerned with import licensing in

the Department of Trade.

The Director of the Central Import Licensing

Branch, Mr. J.R. Millwood, is in Sydney. If it would

not be inconvenient for you, suggest that he would

be the best person for you to talk to. His address

is 52 William Street, Sydney, and have sent to him

copies of your correspondence with the Prime Minister,

with the request that he contact you with view to

arranging an appointment before March 15th.

If on the other hand visit to Sydney would

be impracticable, am sure Mr, Millwood would arrange

for you to have an interview with an officer of his

Department in Melbourne or Canberra.

Yours sincerely.

Mr, K.J, Helder.

17 Hesel tine)

Private Secretary.

Sydney.

J.R.Millwood. Department of Trade ./

Referred for attention please.
