Scope and Content
Six albums assembled by Westcott relating to the activities of the National Sheepdog Trial Association and containing newspaper cuttings, photographs, annual reports, circulars, letters and programs. There are also some cuttings on general subjects and many obituaries.
Background
An official in the Prime Minister's Department in Canberra until 1963, G. A. Westcott founded the National Sheepdog trials in 1943 and was secretary of the National Sheepdog Trial Association from 1943 to 1986.
