The collection comprises of material relating to both the Frankovits Family and the personal and professional life of Andre Frankovits.The Frankovits Family component includes correspondence, papers and travel documents in Hungarian, French, German and English as well as analogue and digital photographs; The Andre Frankovits component documents his childhood, youth and education, his involvement with Sydney's Push, and his career in international human rights and includes correspondence from family, friends, peers, professional colleagues, conference papers, reports, diaries, publications, speeches, posters, audio and video recordings,photographs and press cuttings, . Included in the Andre Frankovits component are journal articles, manuscripts of essays, reviews, seminar papers and book proposals of Frankovits' wife, Meaghan Morris.

Letters from Ignatz and Paula Schwartz – in German, 1950s-1960s (File) - Box 1
Letters date from early 1950s addressed to their Nice address. Bulk are from 1952 to the Burwood address. They include some from their nephew Peter Fekete; statutory declarations for sending money back to Romania. Also details of care packages sent to Romania; some pages are addressed to André Frankovits and are in Hungarian; one letter returned by the post; some letters from Boriska's niece Eva Romascanu and one from her son Dan; one letter from Rosenblatt, a painter friend from Nice who had succeeded in getting a visa to Canada.
